Setting up your GoCardless Direct Debit

Customers are now required to pay for domains, hosting and SSL certificates via Direct Debit, these payments by Sage via GoCardless. You will be sent a GoCardless Mandate Request when you're setup as a customer. 

Please note your annual invoice date(s) will not change, your Direct Debit will be requested 14 days after your invoice date for annual payments (payments will still be taken annually unless otherwise requested by you). Please call us on 0333 305 0181 if you have any questions.
