How do I transfer a top level domain away?

Top level domain names (eg. .com .net .org) can be transferred away by following these simple steps:

1. When instructed we will "Release you domain for transfer away".
2. We will issue your "Auth Code".
3. All other related services will be terminated. If outstanding invoices are due we reserve the right not to "Release you domain for transfer away" until outstanding balances have been paid.
